If i had to choose my squad today i'd go with -

GK - Hart, Ruddy, McCarthy
DF - Walker, Simpson, Jagielka, Cahill, Caulker, Cole, Baines
MF - Lennon, Jarvis, Carrick, Cleverley, Barry, Huddlestone, Wilshere, Young, Routledge
FW - Rooney, Defoe, Carroll, Crouch

Starting 11 -

Hart
Walker-Jagielka-Cahill-Cole
Carrick-Cleverley
Lennon-Rooney-Young
Defoe

Carrick and Cleverley have been playing regularly in Man Utds central midfield all season. And unfortunately Utd are the best side in the country at the minute. Lennon is playing regularly at Spurs whereas Ox and Walcott can't get a game at Arsenal. Gerrard isn't on top form at Liverpool and Lampard isn't playing at Chelsea (plus i'm sure he's injured at the moment)
 
Another pointless England game, hope none of our players go, fed up with them coming back injuried.

Are other international teams playing as well?

its a full international schedule as far as i can see.
 
The season should run from the start of September to the end of April....then FIFA can piss about with qualifiers & friendlies after the important stuff has finished.
