You sir are a man of great taste - I have a Seamaster too, and I love it to bits - just set me back over 300 notes as it failed it's pressure test... but if anything happened to it, i'd have to get another!

I myself haven't actually bought anything from them, if I buy a nice watch I wait till I am somewhere tax free. But I shall bear in mind what you said.

I've got a TAG and I love it as it was a wedding present from the wife, but if was spending my own money I wouldn't buy one. Mine's spent months in the repair shop as there is a design flaw in the crown mechanism which causes the thread to strip out. Tends to happen every couple of years just as the repair warranty expires.

No they don't do finance.
They will offer sweeteners though if you persist, free servicing, holdalls, jackets etc.
You get some decent watches in there from time to time but it's very much the luck of the draw.

If you need finance then you cannot afford it so leave it would be my advice.

To be fair you never mentioned that. No need for the "clever dick/clever man" retort either. My post wasn't a dig, it was advice based on the info you gave me. Can you get a credit card with 0% on purchases rather than smaller apr? Go find the watch you want and then google Tag 0% finance and I'm sure you'll get a better deal

I'd never buy a Tag Heuer watch. They're always a minimum of 4 minutes out - the GPC always wore one!
