Todays not the day (yet) for analysing last nites game to be honest, there is /are still a few weak links in our side, which will improve as new signings arrive.

All as I ask is that some of our "people in power" at the club keep their traps shut in future, and start getting things rite on the pitch.

Take it on the chin for now, theres an FA Cup to be won,and a little matter of grabbing that 4th spot...starting Sunday

Have to agree.

We have come a long way since the take over, however this semi has shown that we still have a long way to go yet, but I am sure that we will get there.

yep,we lost and we deserved to lose, hold hands up an admit it,we cant buy success, just to say thanks to cook an robbie, who didnt do us any favours this week.....
any chance of buying rooney???????????

Yeah. Take the left hook. 'Tis the only way. Dust ourselves down, the day is coming.

Agreed. Could smell the fear last night....they know it's coming and so do we. The better team won last night so let them enjoy it for now because when the tide does turn, it will be all the sweeter.

we,ve sent out a huge warning though...they fooking know we are coming, look at their celebrations last night,it smacked heavily of relief.....

Better team won. We didn't turn up as an attacking force that much. Bottle missing Bellamy by inches and the coin hitting him reminded me why I hate them. But apparently according a rag "He shouldn't have goaded our fans into it, but they were wrong to throw things" so in other words it's partially Bellamys fault, not that the rags a prawn sandwich eating rag chav scum.

Exactly, take it on the chin, since when have they been so fired up for the carling cup, we had a good fucking bite at them last night and soon we will swallow the fuckers, our day will come, mark my words.

We are almost there. While the press seem to think United overran us we had plenty of chances with more shots on target (9... whoever gets that at Old Trafford). VDS had to make 3 or 4 excellent saves. Over the two legs the better team won but the gap is narrowing fast.

This defeat doesn't seem to hurt as much as the one in september and i think thats because they actually deserved it over the 2legs. They were desperate to go through to the final of a domestic competition that in years gone by have called the mickey mouse cup. They know that we are on the up and they are fucking shitting themselves.

I hope there is some last minute deals that can be done to help us cement a place in the top four cos that now is the main priority. this is a golden opportunity to get that 4th spot!!!

If someone had told you at the start of the season that:-
- we'd get to the fifth round of the FA Cup with a very good chance of getting through to the quarters,
- get to the semi final of the Carling Cup for the first time in 28/29yrs
- be in 6th place with 2games in hand on the top four

We'd of snapped their hands off.

We are on the up there is no doubt about it!!!!!!!!!!!

City Till I Die!!!!
