There is an agreement in place that makes PL teams games a closed shop for professional journalists/photographers. It's a DSLR camera with a long lenses that was the issue as you wouldn't get publishing quality from smaller cameras. Technology for smaller imaging equipment has improved so there may now be an issue with all camera options. I doubt it though because to achieve the quality for publishing from the stands will still be difficult without a DSLR and a decent lens
