Have they got any better?

Or are they still a nightmare company?

Some fit black chick collared me before trying to get me signed up to it as they were offering the Fibre Optic.

About £10 cheaper pm than BT but is the company good now?

Got her mobile anyway :)

I'm with Talk Talk and they're OK, nothing more, but then again I don't know what other service providers are like

As my current deal has just come to an end and I'm about to renegotiate, what were they offering (apart from a blow job)

I've been with Talk Talk for the past year , and so far i've found them alright ..... they appear to be a bit more 'on the ball' than they used to be , and i got through to them no problem the other day.

Got rid about 12-18 months ago they were fucking awful
More chance of me bumming a dead crack whore then using them after a nightmare 9 months with them. I threatened them with court when they tried to fine me for leaving the contract early

I'm now with the Utility Warehouse who use TalkTalk as their internet provider.

Strange thing is I pay less than I would with TT and the customer service is excellent unlike TT's itself which is fucking garbage.

Cheap as chips, but to an extent you get what you pay for. We have landline, mobiles, broadband and the tv box. Great value for us due to the way we use phones and having family abroad. Been on the broadband for a few years - initially their 'free broadband for life' offer which strangely isn't free as it turns out. We don't do a lot of streaming /downloading so it's fine, if you want to watch films you'll probably want to pay the extra for fibre optic.
The customer service has improved a lot over the last couple of years - the Indian call centre staff probably speak better English than most call centre staff over here. Moved house a couple of times in the last 3 years and they were a fucking nightmare. I stick with it because I'm tight,it's ok and cheap. If you don't mind spending a bit more go BT or Sky.
