Talksport again

I think city are making saggers ill, i'm being serious here. He sounds as though he could do himself some harm if he continues in this manner. Will someone send him the number of the samaritans asap.

I like it when Stan Collymore becomes so indignant that his voice goes out of human hearing range and into a sort of high pitched squeak that must drive dogs insane.

Edited for accuracy.

Did Saggers back up his statement with any reasoning? I mean, Cardiff couldn't afford to buy him or pay his wages, so they borrow him from us for nothing, whilst we pay a good proportion of his wages whilst he's there.

At the same time, Cardiff get a great player who will attract larger crowds home and away. Cardiff should profit from this move, as should all the teams Bellamy plays at. Exactly how does that help to ruin the Championship?

Think how much money has been injected into European football since our takeover. Anyone who jumps on that 'ruining football' bandwagon is either seriously deluded or a third rate journalist.

Its so funny to listen to them gormless twats, they were going on a couple of weeks ago saying get rid of Capello and get rid of older players, cut the dead wood. Then last week it's get rid of Capello because the same dead wood players dont want to play for England anymore. They are laughable.

It's the pits of commercial radio.

Whilst i agree that the anti city stuff on talksport is now getting tiresome i do see the point being made on this particular loan deal, we are in affect giving cardiff a top quality player for nothing(reading between the lines i think we are paying all or nearly all his wages)

if it wasnt for the fact that we have plenty of money it is probably the worst financial deal in the history of football

i wish we would sue the tits off all these media outlets who are bad mouthing us at every oppertunity
This is the 4th time i've asked a Blue on here this question. I hope you can answer it.
What the fuck do you want to sue them for? Slander? Lies? Them just doing their job? Us being talked about too much? What legal basis is it you want us to sue them for?

Like the poster before me just said, I give up too. Why is it bothering you all that much what these people are saying? Did you really expect they'd just happily talk about other regular things in the league whilst we're splashing over 100m on players? When we decided to loan Bellamy, (one of last seasons best players in the entire English league), to Cardiff in the 2nd division, did you think the press would just clap and say 'bravo Man City, bravfuckingo'. We are news, but we are also news in a pre season which has had NOTHING happen worth talking about other than a dire world cup. No ones spent any money, relatively speaking, but we have splashed another £100m+ on players. If you thought the media would just let it go and not nit-pick, you were very, very naive, as were all the other soft arses who can't accept a bad word said about us. Its doing my head in now on here, reading thread after thread of out and out paranoia. If it bothers you that much, march to the press box next Monday and ask the press themselves what their beef is.
If it's doing your head in reading post after post about what you call paranoia then don't read them.If the story of the day is Robinho saying he doesn't want to return to City then, quite right, they should report it.Nobody would complain, they're just doing their job. What pisses people off is when somebody ignores any positive points about a story/event/interview and solely concentrates on as many negatives as possible. If others dislike us because we've got money, fair enough. It's just jealousy. If it's because we've signed one of their best players, fair enough.I wouldn't like a bigger club signing one of our best players. If the hatred is based on half-truths or outright lies, thats when it's wrong and we as a club are being mis-represented.If you don't mind that, then that's up to you. Some people do mind, and as an open forum,it's up to them whether they want to sound off about it.

I just find it funny how much they go on about us, just mailed them asking if they were going to blame Mancinis haircut for ruining football next....... Surprisingly they haven't read it out yet!

It seems that the forum is split between posters like myself who have had enough of the constant negative press and media witch hunt v certain posters who believe you are paranoid and living in a bitter dream world. Despite completely disagreeing with the paranoia and conspiracy theory counter argument, every poster has their own opinion. Just a shame certain posters are rags (only joking)

STOP LISTENING TO TALKSHITE...............

How many times has this stock answer been given out when a blue slags off Talksport?

Ok so I turn off talksport , what do I put on then ,to get my City and other footy related fix?

5live , cant do that , Alan Green hates us.
i know skysports news, nope they are being negative about everything Cityrelated too.
Soccer saturday, Merson, Thompson et al , they wont give me what I want.
forget that I will log on , where do I find the impartial view then , not the O.S. even thats only positive.
MUEN , nope too rag related.
I want my City / football news given to me in an impartial manner.

but for all that I love the fear in the voices/text of the media , we are happening, we are the big boys now and they dont like it.

So oh wise ones with your off buttons , where do I get the true angle on whats happening at City?

Just heard saggers talking about us now ruining the championship. Loan deals were made for young players to gain experience, not for 31 year olds!

Manchester city, not just ruining the premiership, but the championship also. Any ideas on how to ruin non league, should be sent to:
HRH Sheik Mansour

Sportcity
City Of Manchester Stadium

I'm a big fan of ironic posts, thanks :)

I DONT BELIEVE IT! I've been slagging Gough off for the crap he comes out with but credit to him today.....he's having a right go at Fergie, calling him a hypocrite for having a go at us for spending money when he has spent loads on Veron, Rooney, Ferdinand etc. He also had a go at him for spending 8 mill on a player he's never seen play. Fair play, I've had a go so only right to praise him as well for this. I didn't think he had the balls. As many have said in the past, like it or not these pundits say 'controversial' things to get people listening and it tends to work.

That Sky reject Saggers saying that Balo will walk if not selected - can someone call him and ask the coont for a DIRECT QUOTE to that effect? I can´t - I listen on t´internet

Really enjoying the fact that EVERYONE is talking about Manchester City - it will make holidays soooo much easier when barmen ask me who I support.
