Considering his resources though he has done a pretty good job there and this season has been good them. He shouldn’t be anywhere near manager of the year though

I would actually put him behind Benitez who seems to have managed to keep Newcastle up with fuck all money and a Championship squad, the problem with manager of the year is its hard to compare with the different resources available to each. If manager of the season is based on success and style of football and with a good few young players its got to be Pep. How does that stack up against keeping Newcastle up with no money or getting a small town club on the brink of a Europa place?
