Talksport

If there is one redeeming factor for or 'favourite' morning presenter, it's that he almost always calls us City rather than Manchester City, so beloved of the rest of them who seem to be introducing an unknown team to the world. There it ends as Mr Brazil is usually quite chipper when there is talk of players like Higuain or Benzema joining the rags, but he was definitely flat this morning with one of the days three top headlines being that City were in for De Bruyne, Pogba and Sterling and with money being no obstacle. I had a little chuckle to myself about that. Mind you, he did return to type when he said that they would later be talking to Shay Given and would be asking him for his thoughts on this. The interview took place, no mention of City was made so off went the radio!

What I did find refreshing was their transfer news reporter around midday did actually say when referring to last nights interview was that whilst Pellegrini was being given " a blank cheque " the fact was that "every team has bought the league over the years ". Honest and I have no doubt the poor **** is already being marched to a Gulag to begin his salt mining career as I type for expressing such a view.

Getting home from work and had the radio on, sporadically changing channels when on talkshite some clown never endlessly spouted "at the end of the day" and sometimes "hopefully" at the start, middle and end of whatever he was espousing. It was laudable and I thought the two goons presenting would have to intervene and say something but the pricks listened to all his galderbash and then thanked Ian Rush for his time.

Brazil shot down in flames by Danny Murphy this morning, pandering to the rag masses stating that Rooney has demanded the turtle buys Harry Kane.

Danny Murphy pissed on his argument saying no player has a say on transfers and why would he ask them to sign a player in his position?

How do they do the research for the show content for talk sport? My guess is pick up a copy of the tabloids from the local news agent and regurgate the back pages. A level media students could probably make better broadcast content than this shite.

That's the end of Murphy's talkshite career, then.

You probably don't hear any this over there, but when the adverts are meant to be on we get interviews with the presenters instead. On one of them they ask Brazil what preparation he does for the show, and his response is exactly what you suggested: "Get in 15 mins before the start and speed read the sports pages"
