Talksport

The Goat has been on since 7pm and from 8pm onwards he'll be well involved
Had it on in the car - he was really good. Was asked if he could play in today's game and he said yes.... Said if he was playing with KdB he would know exactly where the ball was going to be put and he'd be on the end of it!
A funny tale about playing for Burmuda and he was the only pro and pre match meal is cheeseburger and chips and the rest are shoving it down their mouths as he just laughed at them amd ordered a chicken sandwich.

Luke Shaw will be running down his contract and moving to Bermuda to play football next then.

I put TalkSport on at 10pm last night, to see what their take was on the Messi situation. Adam Catterall and Micky Gray were on.

Well there wasn't one mention of the name Messi in the first two hours of the show. They covered transfer talk, and discussed most of the big clubs apart from us, and in a special transfer bulletin, still no mention. Plenty of other transfer speculation though, such as Sancho, but nothing on City or Messi. That has to be a deliberate decision to just ignore us.

No worries though, I'll just ignore them for the next few months. Life is far better without them anyway.

Messi and City is only the biggest transfer story of this or any other summer transfer window. How would they fit it into their packed schedule? Those hedgehog gutter brushes won't sell themselves you know.

Can’t be anything other than deliberate that.

Rooney on Talksport talking about Messi.

According to Rooney Liverpool would be getting the better deal by bringing in Thiago.

“I think it is City or Liverpool [for the Premier League title],” the former Manchester United striker told talkSPORT

“Chelsea are making a lot of signings, some good signings. Man United have a lot of potential in the players they have got but I still think they are a year away.

“Chelsea with the new signings will possibly need a year to get everyone on the same song sheet.

“So I do think it is between City and Liverpool. And if Liberpool get Thiago from Bayern Munich, I think it is done [the title]. That is a better signing than Messi going to Man City

Rooney confirms what we all know. That he will never be a successful manager.
