Ray Wilkins was the opposite... basically said that City had little choice, and that the young lads have to be given a go some time, especially when needs must.
He also said that he thought City handles the Guardiola announcement with class - unlike how United are handing the LvG situation.
Obviously, with recent results, the Guardiola announcement is always going to be mentioned, and portrayed as damaging (rightly or wrongly), but at least Wilkins stuck up for us!
MIlls was awful. HIs whole attitude was that City should be able to cope and that players want to play every game. He never once mentioned that the team against Chelsea was more out of necessity than choice. It's not just about who is available on any given day, it's about risk management too - and we really can't afford more injuries.
