Totally agree.......most goals come from an error or by something the defending team haven't done as well as they might i.e not stopped the cross, not won the second ball, not picked up the runner. The list is endless.A small percentage come from individual brilliance where you just have to hold your hands up and say well done.
However to benefit from either first you need the ball. Against us that's harder said than done. Then field position is likely to be against you. Your probably deep in your own half anyway.

Of course we can conceed and it will probably be a set play or on the break. We will end the season with the least goals against I am sure.....

As the saying goes nothing to see here............

And we've scored two of the 11 conceded. I'll be impressed if we concede any better than Daniels for Bournemouth.
 
No blue that calls in is a blue,they regularly get one of their own staff to pretend and slag us off so the presenters have something to hang their negatives on

Daniels goal was a fluke/Worldie. Nothing to do with defending. No team stops that.
2 weird flukes vs Stoke in a 7-2.
A silly lapse at 3-1 vs WBA in the dying seconds.

That's 4 of the 11 that for me are anomalies that shouldn't really be counted and haven't affected us in any way. All without Kompany by en large, Mendy missing all but 3 and Stones being out for a month.
 
We have the best defence in the country with three of our first choice back four injured in Stones, Kompany, and Mendy while we are playing all-out attacking football. Some of these so-called experts are total morons. We had the third best defence last season with Bravo in nets! We don't give any chances.

Oh, I agree, it is rubbish, but we have conceded through errors:
Defensive error vs Utd.
Poor backing up exposed centrehalves down left side vs Everton
Free header given up to WHU
Free punt from pullback to Soton.

Others: Arsenal, WBA (Rodriguez), og vs huddersfield.

Yep agree, most goals will be down to error. We make far fewer than most.
The four goals I mentioned, 3 were down to total complacency and had no bearing on the result. 1 was a total fluke.

Our defence and especially our defensive tactics are very strong.

That blue was brilliant.
Every point he made was spot on.
The Hart one at the start got their attention straight away.
They had no option but to agree with everything he said.
This is the first time I have heard Durham and Gough agree about anything.
Hope it lasts.
