Talksport

Razor Ruddock doing my sporting life on it now, says after break will be talking about the battle of maine road

Been funny as fuck today.... Wheeling out Hackett, Poll, Halsey etc all with the poor old Chelsea card.....Durham now in the same camp.

Heads will explode if Magics bans incr eases as it should do.

What is annoying is the Chavs game has become the game with the worst refereeing performance in Prem history.

I can name at least 3 of our home games worse just this season Smoke, Scum & Palace without even having to think about it.

It wasn't even the worst of the weekend thanks to Mr Friend at St. Mary's yeaterday.

Even our game was worse, with Coloccini's "tackle", the missed penalty and the blatant last man pull on Dzeko. It's just that we stuck 5 past them so no one bothers mentioning the atrocious refereeing (not that they would with us anyway)

Doggermore and Sagarse talking bollock as usual, gave it 5 minutes and switched off.

Virtually every caller was a Chelsea rentboy.

Did I hear they are applying for a Talksport 2 channel?

If you live, eat and sleep sport like us, you’ll be very excited to hear that we’re planning to launch brand new sports radio station, talkSPORT 2.

We’ve so much sport we want to cover that we need another station to get it all out.

talkSPORT is involved in one of the bids for a new national digital radio licence and Ofcom has asked for feedback from listeners.

Simply email or write to those in charge of assessing the bids, Ofcom, and tell them what you think! The address to write to is radiomultiplexlicence@ofcom.org.uk.

talkSPORT 2 promises to bring you more live commentaries, more of the latest news, views, exclusive interviews, debates and opinions on the biggest stories in sport, plus live coverage of rugby, cricket, tennis, horse racing and many more.

If we are successful in our bid, we will also launch talkRADIO, which will offer a unique take on live news, current affairs and entertainment, and talkBUSINESS, the UK’s first national radio station dedicated to business and finance.

And we’ll also bring back one of music radio’s most iconic brands, all new Virgin Radio. Plus a load of other stations you might like – click here for full details.

So if you want to hear more from talkSPORT, email Ofcom now on radiomultiplexlicence@ofcom.org.uk

Who else is going for the license? Just email Ofcom spouting the praises of the competing bid.

I just flipped on Talkshite for the first time in weeks just in time to hear on their sports news the ominously delivered announcemant that Talkshite "have been told" that the next few weeks are going to be very important for Manchester City and manager Manuel Pellegrini. Cue part of an interview with Steve Howey in which he said that City's owners will be disappointed if they finish runnerss up in the PL and don't get past the last 16 of the CL.

Then Durham comes on and effectively announces that he's going to do a hatchet job on Pellegrini.

Off.
