Talksport

Face it, we are never going to be liked by the sycophantic media in this country. We had the temerity to usurp the redshirts, we broke the cartel, we forced the two ‘Hollywood’ clubs into submission - and that is totally unacceptable. How dare these upstarts with their oil money come along and challenge the long-established status quo of English football?

If we are successful tomorrow in our quest for our first C.L. trophy, be sure to peruse the tabloids the following morning to read all about how Jurgen Klopp thinks he might have dandruff, or about how Ole RentBoy once tried to put his shoes on the wrong feet…in fact you’ll be able to read about ANYTHING other than our victory (If the tabloids do mention it it’ll probably be a small paragraph at the foot of page 4!).

However, should we lose…
We did lose and the price of printers ink for tabloids hit an all time high

That's probably the last time Sol Campbell will agree to be on Talksport with Simon Jordan.

Sol was on there talking about wanting a managerial role and why he was good for it. Simon Jordan was talking about his perception amongst owners, specifically asking him why he was complaining about the owners of Macclesfield not paying for a pre season trip, given the fact they were skint and couldn't afford to pay players, when he was the manager there.

Comes across Campbell as an attention seeker who deserves better ..........

Whatever happened to Ronnie Irani?

Got found out for being a liar and a Walter Mitty and got sacked.

He claimed on Talksport he was at The derby at Old Trafford and saw the Keane challenge on Haaland on April 21st 2001.

On that day he was actually playing for Essex VS Leicestershire in a county championship game in Leicester

Learn something new every day. I thought I'd read his contract wasnt being renewed due to high number of complaints, of which I'm sure there were many. Couldn't stand the blokes presenting style clinging on to the boiled bollocks every word and latching on to the BB freebies too 'Can I come Alan, please can I come' definitely RIIAC

Once a City fan rang in and before he said a single word both Irani and Brazil could be heard calling him 'a bitter' over the air. So unprofessional to make any comment into an open Mike but one of that nature should have been dealt with properly even by a half decent station.
I don't think the City fan heard the comments himself - he calmly made mince meat of them like a teacher with the two class dunces.
