As a father who went through the agony of having a premature child, now a fit 28year old, I take offence that anyone could use the birth of a premature child to deflect anything, and to suggest that is what City did is absolutely despicable.

I listened to it yesterday & as far as I’m concerned no one apologised. It was a quick “yesterday something was said which offended some city fans which we are sorry about & that’s all I can say”.
