wolves fan at work who was there last night telling me our support is shit.i said I go and cant do any more than that so I couldn't give a toss there was still about 46000 in the ground last night.i also asked him how great the wolves support was in the championship with their 20000 average and this year 28000 glory hunters.a full 18000 down on our shit crowd last night.he then changed the subject to how harsh the red card was.i then mentioned his own manager agreed it was a red.so looks like wolves are now among our haters

In the 80s they had below 5k average attendances. TThere are a lot of deluded wolves chomping at the bit atm. A lot live in our town and they think with all this money they will knock us out of the top places. They don’t even mention the other teams..

Also worth reminding Scouse bell ends that we had a bigger crowd for Rotherham than they had for City, or Chelsea (45k, and Chelsea filled bottom tier of Anfield Rd).

I’ve been giving it out all week. One lad said I was lying, then loads piled on with their stupid lying memes on twitter. I just screenshot the relevant match reports and attendances. Re tweeted their comments then blocked the fuckwits. All kids mainly, they believe the shite from Scouse fan sites like Anfield House and Anfield Wrap.

I particularly liked their rendition of ‘let him die, let him die ‘when Jesus head bounced of the post , looked very serious to me but they interrupted their favourite song of ‘is this a library ‘ . Premier league team 2nd division fans.

Just lazy of talksport to find fault in the fans this time! Heard a snippet of the calls from alleged city supporters who only reinforced the attendance / atmosphere paradigm.

I just laughed and switched off because I’m not bored of winning and watching some amazing football.

How many times do posters need to say that praise for City in the media does not sell nor fit the old guards agenda. Next week we’ll be knocked for something else! But.... I’ll be laughing when we win more trophies and the league.
 
I heard one dickhead on their last night who claimed to be a season ticket holder who 'sits near the half way line' who said that he is surround by different fans every week. WTF??? He also claimed he was the only one who stood up to sing and got looked at like he was a weirdo by everyone else.
Hmmm... I'd love it if one of these so called fans phoned up claiming to be a season ticket holder and was asked: 'What block is your seat in?' That would sort them out pretty quickly.

Anyone in tier 1 or 2 sitting near the half way line are in corporate. May be a few towards the front of CB1 either side of the tunnel club which are not

Exactly. Which is why we know the call was made up. He said ‘he goes every week with his son’ it’s just bullshit from a radio station that you wouldn’t piss on if it was on fire.

Said the very same thing myself, soon put an end to it if we got 2 fans on together, and one is genuine!
They will never ask that question cos it's not relevant to them.
In other words they wouldn't have a clue.......as per usual.
