I caught the end of a discussion about VAR in the premier league next season whilst moving a hire car this afternoon, it seemed relatively informative , broadcasters banned from imposing their lines on images for offside, no pictures\replays in stadiums, a 2nd ref to make the calls outside the stadium and on pitch ref shouldn't view the pitch side monitor, did anyone catch the whole conversation and was their anything else said? was about 16:45 ish I guess.

It was quite informative, especially the assistant ref flagging for offside and how it'll be different in the Prem compared to European games
There's going to be an awful lot of confusion next season

You better believe it
At the moment if it's a tight call the asst ref keeps his flag down and if the team scores, he then raises his flag and the goal is up for review. This stays the same for European competition

In the Prem, if it's a tight decision and the asst ref thinks the player may be offside, he raises his flag, but play may continue, or the ref may blow and give the decision
