The boiled bollock referring to celtic as 'we'. Since when has he been a fan of theirs? Newsreader can't stop telling us the winning start for Pep is over. To be expected from talkshite.

Yesterday heard both the Boiled Bollock and Cundy getting almost incoherently cross and shouty about the Telegraph investigation and how they wanted to see the evidence, where was the evidence, otherwise it was just damaging the premier league and innocent managers reputations. When people start going on about 'you've got no evidence' that tends to give the game away, as it is a very different thing from saying that it didn't or doesn't happen. A bit like criminals who complain that they shouldn't have been convicted rather than that they didn't do it - it is almost an admission of guilt.

Boiled Bollock wants the Premier League to sue the Telegraph for reputational damage if they don't release the names - this from someone who's own reputation is that of a drunk driver!

Cundy complaining loudly that after 10 months of research they should be able come up with more than than they have - I'm sure he wouldn't know how to spell "investigative journalism" let alone how to do it.

Pretty damning insight into the station's credibility that these two are asking for names and evidence when the Telegraph have already made public their allegations and evidence about Tommy Wright and Jimmy Floyd Hasselbaink.

Surely scandal is good for business at talk sport as it gives them something to discuss, rather than having to hear where in Canary Wharf the boiled bollock is getting pissed after the show.
 
I think they have a point, to a degree, with the Telegraph. So far they have people in football talking about dodgy stuff going on in football and taking money for commercial stuff on the side of their jobs. It looks bad but in reality it is not that bad...yet. Lets see what they have on the rest of this long list of managers!

Fair point. If all that alleged money has been accounted for and declared to my old buddies in HMRC, and tax paid on it. then I have no problem with it.

Sorry, I have to go. Those bloody fairies at the bottom of my garden are making a right racket.

My business partner was once upon a time well connected at Sheffield United, his now ex wife still works there and my dads wife used to be married to one of the management team.
A certain talksport part time presenter who normally sits with the boiled bollock was manager there and he got an ex city captain a pay as you play contract at the blades at the end of his career. This player used to come off the subs bench in injury time every week which meant he could pick up his 4k and give 2k of it straight to the manager as they'd agreed.
