I am having problems with bluemoon with tapatalk on 2 different devices and not on any other forums. First problem is post times are all showing up 1 hour behind actual post time as though the server its working to GMT rather than BST.

Second, and more frustrating is that when moving from page to page in a thread it still shows up as page 1 and if you jump to the last page and try and go back some pages become lost or inaccessible.

Anyone else having these problems?

Should have mentioned, I am having these issues on 2 android devices. Not got access to iOS device.

-- Thu Jul 07, 2011 6:40 pm --

Anyone?

I don't have access to an Android device unfortunately, so can't say if the problems are specific to you or more widespread. I haven't experienced any problems on my iOS though.

Regarding the time issue, can you go into your User Control Panel (using a browser rather than Tapatalk) and check that the Time Setting is set to UTC+1, and see if that corrects it.

The other issue is a bit more problematic, because we just simply install the plug in. We haven't made any changes to the source code so I'm not sure what could be causing it. If any other Android users could let us know if they are experiencing the same problem it might help narrow it down.

very strange i can't actually find this thread on my phone? i was going to try and post from it to see if i had the same problems. Hang on and i will add a post on summat else and see what happens.

No problems on my Android its working faster just lately, only times it slows down or wont let me on is when there's some transfer news which is understanderble with the high traffic it causes.

Hopefully users will have noticed a significant improvement in peformance over the last 2 months or so. Generally speaking that is, rather than with Tapatalk specifically. Obviously during spikes in traffic things will slow down a bit, but hopefully not to the extent we've experienced in the past.

Just received an update to tapatalk on one device and initial impressions are that it is OK now, so it could have been a problem with the software on android. I will do a more thorough test later and let you know. Thanks guys.

OK, just done a bit more browsing about and it looks like it's fixed. Changing the time in the control panel seems to have worked as well. Cheers guys.
