I think that Southampton may have got a bargain here when comparing to the fees being talked about for the likes of Branthwaite at Everton.
THB seems to have been around for a long time - over 120 senior appearances at the age of 22 is pretty impressive.
Obviously Southampton may struggle next season but hopefully THB will do well and, if Saints do get relegated, City might be getting a juicy sell on fee in 12 months.
