We could play Silva in that team for Vieira. He does his fair share of hard work and he is in my fantasy team.

The first thing surely is that Tevez does NOT need a rest. If he isn't fit and needs time to get fit then fine but if he is fit he needs to play. Then the team for Birmingham comes down to how adventurous Mancini wants to be but I would 100% like to see Kolarov getting a start.

If the preferred approach would be to have Mario as a "wide striker" then why not play somebopy else , Ade of course, so the team get used to the method of play.

Some players for me need a rest and some need some much deserved game time , AJ and Adebayor especially . Ade had scored 5 goals in 3 starts before Tevez came back and AJ for me just needs to start more games as he is just full of life and pace and tricks , he is too good not to be playing .

Silva are certain to play. Seems we have a full week off between Brum and Fulham so Boetang and Zab will continue as fulbacks. For me I would sacrifice Yaya and play Milner behind Tevez and Silva with AJ as third forward player

only issue is, Boateng doesnt seem to have alot of confidence atm, esp at WBA there were plenty of times when he had alot of room down the right and didnt go for it, id like to see more runs like he did at valencia.
