I know we should be resting people, but Tevez, Kolarov and De Jong have only recently come back from a ban, Milner has been on the bench in recent weeks, Barry and Yaya have been great recently and therefore should keep their place to enable them to continue their great form. When someone is in great form, taking them out for a bit can disrupt their momentum and ruin that form. I really hope AJ starts, he really deserves to start and I really can't understand why Mancini seems to almost refuse to start him. Silva needs a rest, he's one of our most used players this season and AJ is a great replacement.
Could get the likes of Vieira, SWP and Ballotelli on later in the game if possible to help prevent others from getting tired.

I am a firm beleiver in starting the best 11 in the league at all times. Lets be honest every point in the league is vital if we are to be going for the title or at least the top 4 place. So I would be more play your strongest team get a good lead and take off the players that need a rest during the game time.
Dont forget most of the key players have been already getting rested in the Europa League this season so they are only really playing the league games. I think we might make a couple of changes in the FA Cup game if need be but like with the league I would rather we went with the best 11 in these games. I think we might go a bit more attacking in both games at home so I would expect 2 strikers for both games.
