Not enough cover in Midfield. Our back four will be torn to shreds without someone sitting in front. Ireland and Barry do not offer enough defensively. De Jong Needs to sit in front of the backline, Barry ahead of Him as the player who starts attacks and Ireland the furthermost midfielder.
