Johnson in the Ireland role then, don't worry too much, Bridge and Richards charge forward like wingers, and De Jong playing as an extra defender will give us cover at the back.
come on blues, have faith in Mancini, that looks like a good side to me!

A good side mate ? Bridge isn`t` even in it .

The bridge one is a little baffling.

Johnson with a free role and a wicked cross along with two big men in the box, could be okay.

I'd drop barry for SWP though and thats the line-up i would have played.

if this works out could be a genius move by mancini by putting Johnson behind the 2 forwards!

Bridge has only just come back so might have a niggle - narrow pitch at Stoke so that explains SWP out
Richards in because of his height and jumping at set pieces - he was always going to play 3 defensive mids

Don't lose hope yet.......

i hope

The amount of games we are having in a short space of time its good to see him changing people.

SWP would not get the same advantage on the stoke pitch.

Didnt Mancini say the other day that Johnson would one day play behind a front two? I didnt realise he meant this soon!!!!

And you lot say Stoke approach away games negatively.......

Why though when he's so quick and has such a good cross?

mancitymark mate, who is this creative midfielder you speak of, surely not Ireland, he's been useless this season! Vieira and the extra pace of Johnson will be creative in that line up!

Oh, ffs lads - Johnson will flit from wing to wing, and Barry'll be tucked in. Stoke, the team that 'bypasses midfield', will have only Fuller up front this evening. And five in midfield.

Adebayor will provide extra width too. I reckon we'll stroll this.

THATS IT !

Just where will the "telling pass" come from ? ... No Creativity..... we might as well take a 3 man brick laying team and brick up the goal. That is shit and if we are supposed to be a potential top 4 team then we should be going to a team like Stoke to win and not hang on for 90 mins for a 0-0 draw. That is pathetic .. My grandmother once said ... "be careful what you wish for" .... where was she when I wanted Hughes out.

I am so pissed off I could throw this laptop through the window....

If we even score you can all sleep with the wife. Thats how confident I am we wont ..

Shit, just shit.

Propha city fan, fair play.
