It makes me proud to be City!
CITC has been round for a while, and I always like reading about they do, we've got some good people in this setup, and when you look at it, as a club, they're always winning the awards for us and local communities around Greater Manchester. Its a way of broadening our scope as a club and spreading that message of what we're about. Its what makes us unique as a club, and you don't have a setup around Moss Side and Longsite and not learn anything over how many years.
Sure it's marketing, but done in an unique and ethical way, that benefits KIDS at the end of the day. Don't know what I would of done if there were no footy pitches round our way growing up! and NYC can't be an easy place to grow up. In years to come it'll be kids sayin "you fancy a game on the City pitch after school". Its a viral and clever way of establishing something huge for years to come. Trust me when I say, we'll reap what we sow! :)
