That half epitomises how bad the incoming and promoted players have been technically.

Cherki for me is the only one with world class passing and control in that XI.

In fact you see him and realise how bad the standard of some of the others is.

Deep down Pep must be so disappointed by what he’s seeing from some of the players.

Yep thsts why cherki has to play high up the pitch can't have him losing the ball on the halfway line trying a fancy flick it's OK on the edge of their box.

The mistake vs Spurs was mostly Trafford's. Rodri made a worse mistake against Spurs in 22/23 (4:2). The pen vs Monaco was 50/50. One can argue that Nico made a mistake there.

Thought Trafford was unfairly blamed there. Nico indicated where he wanted the ball, Trafford played it there and Nico lost it.

Cancelo's best assist was for Haaland's winner against Dortmund. It was very special but Cherki has it in him to do that.
