Rather than get the one off laser treatment get the moulds made by your dentist and buy enough syringes of the bleach to last about 2 weeks. After about 10 days they should be gleaming white and because you still have the mould you can give them a blast once or twice a year to keep them sparkly white. I paid around £350 at my dentist but my missus got hers done for around £200 at the sainsbury dentist. I smoked and drink red wine so mine were pretty yellow and it worked a treat.

you're all pussies, just buy a tube of Rembrandt's whitening toothpaste; that'll whiten them up after a few weeks of use for around a fiver.

Had mine done a few weeks ago, though 'zoomed' (UV and peroxide) rather than lasered. Did the moulds for a few days prior to the treatment too. The moulds whiten a shade or two, the treatment 'up to eight'. I thought mine looked really (borderline too) white for a day or two....now mine look normal and everyone else's look green....
