IMO that tibal football thing is a good thing. If one defender is being beaten everytime and the manager does nothing about it, surely the players should?

Must be because the players keep slipping all over the place from the grease.
 
I have to say this whole idea of swapping positions with another defender seems a fairly sensible one.

Much rather that than have someone stick with someone that they aren't capable of defending.
