television dates

We had a total of 6 league games on a Saturday at 3pm last season. Obviously, scheduling around Christmas and midweek games skew that figure slightly but that's six from 38 games at the traditional match time. Or 15% of our league fixtures. It's the worst thing about being good.

So, the question is, when will we get our first Saturday 3pm K/O?

The third game, Everton away could well be but I'm going for West ham at home 19th September.

I can see Everton being switched to the Saturday 5:30 slot, but we'll have a better idea once we know who we're playing in the Champions League.

The Everton game is before the draw for the Champions League!

I can see West Brom staying as a 3pm Saturday, Chelsea 4pm Sunday and then Everton 1.30pm Sunday as part of Super Sunday with Arsenal v Liverpool

Football League changes have been announced by Sky so hopefully our games aren't far behind:

On a pedantic note, I meant that Everton might be switched, mainly because it's been switched for the last four season. The Champions League draw is a different issue, which will see some games switched to Sunday, even if we're not on TV.
