Due to Health Concerns I'm hopefully going to EFC At home ( Missed Burnley due to it)
Does anyone know if you can transfer for 1 game only to avoid Stair Climbing? (I'm in the South Stand l 3 and am worried it will bring back the intense pain I experienced that prevented me from Burnley as I couldn't manage it)
I was hoping I may be able take a seat in the CB Level 1
Tried to get through to City - impossible, and I'm aware of the Seat Exchange
If anyone has any idea I'd appreciate their help

There is a lift you can take up to level 3

I’m sure if you call the club they will be able to move your seat for the game (you may have to pay the difference in price though).

On a side note, isn’t there a lift that can take you up to SSL3 from ground level? Or is it the climb up to your seat you are concerned about?

There is a lift but it's still the climb once I'm on the 3rd I had really bad sciatica and tbh it's like Climbing to Heaven .
2nd time and different legs , it stopped me going to the FA Cup Final v Utd too
However it was a small mercy I guess
Thanks I will see if I can get through to the Club
Much appreciated

Ask them if you can sit in the “Dug Out” with the players, there are always a few spare seats.

Nick Harris’ seat in the press section is always empty.

I understand your concern . My son broke his back earlier this year and was desperate to get to his first home game after he was released from hospital .

He rang the club and they went out of their way to help . I think it was the Access team .

He was given free disabled parking and they changed his seat to near the front of SS3 near me . He normally sits up in the gods .

It was just what he needed and they were really helpful .

Hope you get it sorted and recover soon .

Thank you pal

Tried this once but didn't get much help

Was promised a call back from the access team but instead received one from the hospitality guy trying to sell me a package.
Managed to swap seats with someone in the supporters club
I did receive an apology from City due to the communication breakdown

Good luck
