It just feels like a few things are coalescing into a nightmare for him.

- Glazers abandoning the sale will make the atmosphere negative.
- Mount-Bruno-Casemiro midfield clearly doesn't work at the moment.
- Sancho spat makes ETH look petty and undermines his authority.
- They just don't look good. Postecoglu has done 10x the job in 1/10th the time.

To be honest I didn't. Mount's always been really good as an 8, most people's issue was that he was playing as a 10 or LW for England ahead of Rice and Henderson.


Mount works harder/covers more ground off the ball than KDB or Silva, the Casemiro-Mount-Bruno midfield should be workable with a good manager in the same way the Fernandinho-KDB-Silva midfield worked.

The issue is Fernandes. Which is a coaching issue, because he's clearly supposed to be doing more work than he is, and it's leaving their midfield wide open.
