Terraced house's next to the roundabout

We got to the roundabout early but coppers didn't want us drinking, nice female copper suggested if we moved over the road to a grassed area with a wall infront we would be left alone as long as we were just drinking and not smoking anything ;) another 2 coppers that stood just up from us suggested I use a discreet driveway for a piss when I asked if there were any bogs about!

Take note GMP! Sometimes a little bit of respect shown works both ways rather than trying to be heavy handed and enforcing senseless rules!

It baffles me how unorganised things are, why didn't they close off that road in front of the terraced houses, sell spots to burger vans etc get some porta loos sorted and everyone's happy

Why would they do that when they can have empty cans all over the show, people pissing up the walls, home-owners having fans swinging from their hanging baskets and the one and only car that passed through taking about 45 minutes to drive 50 yards?

I got there just before 3. There was loads of people drinking on the grass n on the road, had no bother. The atmosphere was insane, was so good. Some guy got his car stuck in the middle, that was funny

He said he'd rather I went and did it quietly without bothering anyone as it wasn't my fault there are no nearby toilets and the green man weren't letting anyone else in.. thought it was sensible policing myself and they could have nicked me as I was pissed as a fart!

Thought the Old Bill did o.k after a bit of a daft start. Was in the gardens with Brett the banana and my trusty 5ft 6" inflatable friend who unfortunately got puncturd ! The highlight for me was when Sheikh Mancur came out of his house to gret the fans, classic ! :)
