Why should we own it? we have a mint deal on a 250 year lease.. why spend 300 mill buying it? You know full well our owners wealth we could buy that ground 500 times over and not blink.

Man city sign 1 billion pound deal with manchester city council to regenerate east manchester. I think you should ask the sheik for a borrow that horrible 1 horse town yoiu call sunderland is in serious need of regeneration.
I don't live in Sunderland. I live in a very nice town just outside. So I can happily say Manchester is a fucking shithole in my eyes, full of unemployment, poor housing, drugs and high crime. I couldn't give a fuck what Sunderland looks like. Apart from driving through and going to the match I never go there. Im a Geordie not a Mackem so it really doesn't concern me.

It makes me cringe when I hear fans from other clubs reciting Red Issue shite. It beggars belief.

Enjoy your relegation dogfight whilst singing other club's tunes dishing out abuse on the internet based on other club's rivalries.
Who sings other clubs tunes?

Busted to fuck.

HAHAHA, and I don't recall any City fans claiming we would win the Prem in the last 3 years, we've claimed that we will be in the top 6 possibly 4 which we are well on course for doing. Where as Sunderland fans at the start of this and last season were claiming Roy Keane and Steve Bruce would deliever a top 10 finish yet continue to fight relegation after spending in esence of £35m.

I think Sunderland are the shit ones there. Ohh and, Sunderland bigger than City? HAHAHA
I admit we are pretty shit but despite this still command excellant home gates and take more away than your club who has spent well over 100m and has dreams of champions league football.
I swear half of your top tier going round your west and north stands were half empty. I was there but let's be honest, it's an absolute ballache to get to Sunderland, especially on a Sunday.

I suspect he lives in Durham and didn't like football until he was at Durham Uni while Euro 96 was on and decided to start supporting Sunderland when Quinny and Phillips took the Premiership by storm.
First went to Citeh we beat you 3-2 and Venison scored after coming on as a sub. I've done over 100 grounds all told and 300+ away matches. Shall we continue? How the fuck would I be a Geordie coming from Durham. Or do you think I'm related to Bobby Robson?

Get your lies straight, you pillock.

Your away support is decent seeing you have to travel everywhere. Home support is very fickle though, shown by your home attendances nose diving when you got relegated in recent seasons. At one point you struggled to tip over 22k, but the promotion game you had a full house. Where did the extra 22-25k come from all of a sudden? In Idols looking at the barmaids in hot pants, or getting extras in Sirens?

Ours is a bit lacklustre at the moment i will give you that. That's in terms of atmosphere, not in terms of numbers. I think 2100 was a decent gate under the circumstances, but in other threads it has been discussed why our vocals may not be where they used to be pre Pearce in other threads.

I get your point to a degree, but you shouldn't preach whole heartedly to us when your home support is as fairweather as a feather in the wind. Liked your song yesterday btw "Sing your heart out for the lads".

ah feck, he's gone, i'll go in that case, it's been keeping me highly entertained this thread,

i do hope he returns with some more classic moments, been a pleasure immensah, thanks for the memories.
