Terry Phelan - Tales of Blue

Good interview that,Phelen was quality. Always determined and up for it.Solid.game after game.Loved his attacking full back play.and I do remember that Everton away win,it was a big win at the time White and Mike Sheron superb.can remember going mad in the upper seats when we scored

on wiki it says the attendance for that quarter final was 23,050...that can't be right surely?

Was a great away day that one and much preferred it behind the goal at Goodison Park which I'm sure we were that afternoon. Whitey's second was a great strike !

Tales of Blue caught with former left-back Terry Phelan during 2021 to share his City memories that included signing for City, potential Barcelona move, Maine Road debut, 'THAT' Spurs FA Cup game & goal, team-mates & managers.

I also loved him as a City player. But let's face it he was a right piece of work off the pitch.
