Look at his server, its 50m = local server.

Speedtest choses the default local server, based on your landline provider. However in some City like Manchester there another ones so it jumps between 3 Citys. Just select New Server nd click on the City Menu, it will drop.

However, your Wireless Provieder will then have an BBoard connection to an bigger Provieder, nd your Server will be located on that.
