2 ways...

1, Colocate a box aka you buid the box and send it to a datacenter where it will be linked to a high speed network.

2, Rent a server at said data centers, popular hosts ore leaseweb (netherlands) and OVH (multiple data centers all over europe)

Depends what you use your net for matey. If you download HD movies it may seem a bit slow but thats about the national average you have i would say.

Fortunately enough I don't download... I stream. ;)

Yeah I am happy with my internet. Although on occasion it does take a while to load up the odd webpage!
