Mate that re almost 50% loss.

I actually called the provider about this yesterday and they said all of Dublin was experiencing a temporary lull in broadband and it should be back up and normal by this morning......obviously not !

Well is there an difference? Was it better before? I mean if you get to stuck with 50% los you should complain. I would start to making a daily test nd then prove it to them.

Cheers mate, I'm off this week so deffo going to be on their case if it don't pick up. Last week a technical support person said my signal was too strong and that's why I keep getting the yellow little triangle at the bottom of the screen, I lose the internet and have to manually change channels on the router arggghhh

Seriously, why is mine so shit? I really have no idea what I'm doing but that really is wank. I think it is supposed to be 10mb, I have another shit computer downloading some stuff at the minute, me on the laptop and wifi on the mobile, is it a case of having too many things on it at once. I've never noticed that it is slow before but that looks worrying.

I recently reduced from 20 to 15 meg and I now get about 12


When I was paying for 20 I got about 15.

I downgraded because it was part of a deal to get rid of my land line phone that I never used. As I don't watch HD video steams there was no need for the extra baud so I decided to save the cash and only pay for what I needed. I haven't noticed any reduction in my internet experience but I am saving £25 a month.
