A nice little get out clause for both parties me thinks - the club have had to play ball on this - is it enough? I doubt it. If he scored the winner v rags to lift the league I might just raise a wry smile - that´s all

He needs to make a specific apology referring to his conduct in Munich and subsequently. He needs to apologise to the manager, the owner, the coaching staff, his fellow players and the fans. He needs to name names. Vague apologies in a form of words agreed by lawyers mean nothing.

I've heard Tevez's mediocre grasp of the English language and 'apologise' 'sincerely' and 'unreservedly' have got too many syllables for him to handle. He can stick his apology up his arse and fuck off to Milan asap

It's not like City are in a desperate position and 'need Tevez'. You have Aguero, Balotelli and Dzeko who have all done the business so far with you being 1st in the league.

I will lost a lot of respect for Mancini if Tevez comes back in.
