If you saw Tevez walking down the street in your direction, would you?

Fuckin right i would. Sick of the little wanker now.

Ricster...I think many fans would chin him........but we are better than that...I just want the **** out of the club now!

I want him out of the club too. But we must wait until January and sell him for whatever we can get.

In the meantime, Tevez is making Manchester an unsafe place for himself and his family.

Be careful what you type man a couple of people have gone nick for posting stuff on the net recently. Seriously we now officially live in a police state and thought police will be after you.

In that telephone call Khaldoon told Mancini the sheik was determined to do whatever it took to punish the Argentina striker.

It is understood that City’s Arab owners are totally serious when they say Tevez will be banished to the sidelines for two years rather than be sold for a penny less than his £40m value when the transfer window opens in January.

City will also consider launching a damages claim against Tevez if they cannot sell him at the start of next year. They believe his actions have contributed to a severe drop in his transfer value and may yet seek compensation from the player for this through the civil courts.

I shouldn't think he spends much time in Manchester, he'll have someone who does his shopping, and we know he doesn't eat in Manchester, I'm sure Cheshire has the odd restaurant. Maybe he'll spend his spare time learning English ?

Good, its hardly like we're missing his goals, or team work.

For all the legal minds on here there is also an important but subtle change in Tevez's position as far as I can gather.

His PR Advisor, Paul McCarthy has been giving interviews in which he is being quoted as saying -

"He has been hurt by the insinuation that he refused to play when Manchester City's charges are refusal to resume to warming up," his PR advisor Paul McCarthy told Sky Sports News.

"So that is where there is conflict, if there is any conflict at the moment...he feels his reputation has been damaged by that."

That would strongly suggest that he accepts the charge of 'refusing to warm up' and yet we have been told by the press pack that he would deny ALL charges.

theres no way fifa would get involved in this imo, personally they would be on side of club, iirc fifa vice president had backed city, if they wanted to punish him big time.
so i wouldnt worry about fifa imo

as above i would pay good money to see fuck face ripped apart by Khaldoons high priced lawyers, lol
