Only supports us in derbies does he? Fucking part timer.
Oh how I would love to see him in a blue shirt once more! The January sales are just around the corner - that would be brilliant

Yep you're right mate - he played in an FA Cup final and didn't really try his hardest - bow to your superior football knowledge. HOGHEAD!Are you sure about that? Try the FA Cup final against Wigan (who were thumped by Bury 4:0 in the 1st round on Sat).
Brilliant memories - which I don't feel turned out too badly, the lad would probably have stayed in Argentine with BJ's if he could have made his fortune with them - great to see him jumping into the crowd to celebrate - man of the people imo- and his people at home came first, I don't fault anyone for that.Hahaha, that's quality.
That's the ammunition for this week sorted.
He could've gone on to be a true legend here, shame the spat with Mancini spoiled it. His behaviour left a very bitter taste in the mouth, has to be said.
I'll try and reflect on the sweeter moments though.
When he signed and Garry Cook welcomed him at the reception of COMS with a hug like Jesus to a long lost disciple. The Welcome to Manchester poster. All the rags saying they were glad to see the back of him, and some even saying they got the better deal on signing Owen for free (mentalists).
His goal in the League Cup semi derby at home where he gave it to Neville on the touchline and cupped his ears in front of Taggart when we were singing his name.
Some real quality moments.
The 4-2 at the Bridge where he ran the show and was battling anyone and everyone, squaring up to Terry. Was quality.
One of the more obscure moments I can think of is that season where we played him as a false nine and he pretty much singlehandedly dragged us to 3rd and our first top four finish. And besides his stunning brilliance, leading the entire side, was one particular moment when we played Chelsea at home that season that stands out for me.
It was in the lashing rain when Chelsea got a penalty in the dying moments to potentially equalise, Given saved it, cue raptures and the ball being cleared wide. Well the ball fell between Tevez and Terry, at the touchline and they both hurtled towards it, sprinting at full pelt. Both of them hurled themselves at it smashing each other in the 50/50, Tevez being the much smaller man didn't hesitate and threw himself at it. When they came together, Tevez picked himself up and came away with the ball, initiating a counter attack. Terry was left in a heap on the floor and eventually hobbled off, injured.
That was Tevez. And he was a sight to behold at times.
Just wish it didn't turn out the way it had.
BJ's??? Each to their own, but I just thought he was a great footballerBrilliant memories - which I don't feel turned out too badly, the lad would probably have stayed in Argentine with BJ's if he could have made his fortune with them - great to see him jumping into the crowd to celebrate - man of the people imo- and his people at home came first, I don't fault anyone for that.
+1One of the best strikers we have had , he was genuinely world class , sorry to disappoint some posters but 99% of professional footballers ,are just doing a very well paid job , the days of playing for a fiver and a satsuma at half time , are long gone.
LOL.BJ's??? Each to their own, but I just thought he was a great footballer
