Spoke to a friend of mine today. He works in the broadcast media but is not a reporter.
He knows I'm a City fan but we don't discuss football that much because we are not close friends and have other stuff to talk about normally (I say this for context only).
Today I mentioned Tevez and he said that the deal will be finalised and obvious next week. When I said how do you know he told me a story that might be described as having verisimilitude - and he has no reason to make it up and nor do I believe he would. But when I said ooh great I'll put the details on Bluemoon he got all nervous and asked me not too, which of course I'm respecting.
So what, yet another 'confirmation' I hear you say? But I was beginning to doubt it would happen and now I'm more confident. And if his story does pan out as described, he might be a good source for the future.
I have never posted anything about knowing info on a signing before.
He knows I'm a City fan but we don't discuss football that much because we are not close friends and have other stuff to talk about normally (I say this for context only).
