My source is from within the club and has given me correct info before which i have ran past other itk's and our sources have always been in agreeance.

He said "hey mate just to let you know carlos tevez will have a medical today and will be expected to sign early next week after all this ronaldo stuff clears up abit"

So you are saying it is 100% true and he is more or less ours apart from a medical?

I'm not doubting you Pollerz, but I'm getting sick of all this non-descript next few days bollocks. It's been the "next few days" for the last week.

I'm happy now to just wait until something's officially announced cos I'm in danger of going insane if I follow this rumour mill for much longer.

Maybe...the press/ media were briefed before the conference started that Hughes would not respond to City transfer speculation questions.

as i aired on the barry press conf thread, it may still be to do with confidentiality rules city have put in place, maybe they do know about it but they cant mention it and therefore cant ask about it? jus a theory so dont jump on this? otherwise why wud they have said nothing at all about it?

It is a fair point you make mate. The reason for no1 really knowing at the moment most probebly including GC and MH and CT is basically to do with the media.. City are treating this as a marquee signing and want the medias attention and it is not possible to have that to the desired effect if the media are ranting about kaka or ronaldo or whoever madrid buy next...
