press ctrl alt and delete at the same time
select task manger
select the Rick application from the list then hit the stop application button
job done just don't restore session when opening up the web browser again

Been the funniest thing I've seen on here for a while, I don't think it's malicious. For those who don't know how to get it off, press CTRL ALT DELETE to launch your task manager and click "end now" for internet explorer. I'm sure whoever put it up expected everyone to be proficient enough to do that but maybe some people aren't.
