My guess is it was bad information and Talkshite were jumping the gun a little. I have no doubt we wont hear anything until after Wednesday as he is playing in the world cup qualifiers then has three days before he goes to South Africa for the Confederations cup! After that would be another four weeks down the line before you hear anything (poss two weeks comp then two weeks holiday) and I'm sure Jia wouldnt want to wait that long for his cash do you? I'm going out on a limb and I'm going to say we will hear one way or another Thursday afternoon.

Talksport might be right after all - I just think we're cautious enough not to let a signing of this magnitude fall on the same day when Real are touted to reveal Kaka. Wait til that's sorted, announce it then. Makes business sense.
