You know, I feel like Bill Murray in ‘Groundhog day’… only I’m trapped forever in fucking TEVEZ DAY!

I’m sick of reading and hearing about him. On the TV, the radio, t’internet.. ‘We understand that Carlos Tevez is on his way to.. ‘, ‘Our sources are telling us Carlos Tevez is in talks with..’, ‘Taggart, Ancelloti, Hughes and the fucking Queen are reported to have called Mr Tevez for a cosy chat..’

Now don’t get me wrong. I would love to see Tevez in that proper new, rounded collar City shirt next season. I think he is a very good (not great) player and has just the right attitude for our team. However, I just fear that if we don’t get him it could jeopardise our other targets.

Not that this means anything really, but the wife’s dad is a season ticket holder at the swamp and although he can be as smug as all the other rags he does sometimes talk sense and he’s definitely not been impressed with Tevez when playing a full 90 minutes. He also reckons Taggart doesn’t rate him that highly either – despite what the majority of the fans think (and sing).

Anyhow from know on I’ve decided to hate the squat little ugly RAG bastard with a passion… until I hear he’s a Blue, and then I’ll forgive him!

It's puts SOMEONE in the driving seat. Not sure who though. Could be Chelsea. Could be us. Can't see it being Liverpool as they look set to spend £17m on Johnson and that surely uses up about 200% of their budget. I must admit, i've got a bad feeling that Ancelotti is going to work his magic and lure him to Chelsea, but i live in hope.

We have got to chill out, We were told 2 days of talks with 6 clubs. We are still within the 2 days. realisticaly we shouldn't expect anything to happen untill at the very least tonight or early 2moz, then I would expect only to hear which club is going into contract talks and not defo signing him. Although this is really killing me.

Does anybody expect different?
