I'm surprised I hadn't realised this before.

At West Ham, Tevez scored his last goal for them against Manchester United. Then he joined United. Currently, his last goal for Manchester United was against Manchester City. :).

Before you all jump down my throat I do not claim to be ITK am just passing on information somebody has told me.

A family friend has been to a christening today which the Neville family were at. He said that the riumours flying around were that Tevez was going to Sign for City and they could not understand why as a deal was definately offered by UTD.

Just passing on what I have been told.

Its the fact they have not showed they really wanted him untill they sold Ronaldo. He wants to play for a team where he feels wanted. Also he wants to play every week and not play one then back on the bench for a few games.

I heard he said withing 48 hours on Friday. So your right in saying that.

I cannot believe this thred has reached 300 pages since monday. I think we will get tevez, and that will be it as far as superstars go, and that is enougth for me. He is the right person, has effort and fight as well as being world class. Then we should concentrate on a CF and gettin 2 or 3 defencive players in before pre season.

i was told this recently and you think i didn't try to get any more info to quote exactly

"i know they have spoken on friday and finished where they left off on saturday, hughes seemed fairly confident however many of us feel Tevez still needs convincing"
