No, i think they will announce him at a later date to make the impact bigger. Id rather he signed today but i just can't see it happening

SSN just showed RSC arriving at Coms but there was no sign of Tevez yet, hopefully hes running a bit late and thats why the press conference didn't start at the scheduled time

Ye it is, SSN said it was live at 10am but they always run late
