tevez or aguero ?

i take peoples points that it will take time to settle in to the league, and that more than likely fans of city will get on the back of Aguero if he doesn't play to his full potential right away, but i dont take the point that we should not sign the better player just because he hasn't played and proved himself in England ....

using this logic we shouldn't sign players from outside the EPL and frankly that is just wrong, it is how transfers work ! nobody is 100% sure if they will pay off or not, so there is ALWAYS na element of risk involved, so i dont take the point that we shouldn't sign Aguero just because he hasnt proved himself in England yet, because many of the best players in the EPL at the moment have come from foreign leagues and if we never branched out and took a few risks, we would never had made this league the best in the world !

i firmly believe, we should not sacrifice quality of player for the chance he might not be able to play in the EPL and we certainly shouldn't sacrifice quality of player for fear of missing out on a lower standard of player either !

Aguero IS the better player, and many will say that is just opinion, but this opinion is also based on facts that he is VERY prolific and is better in most attribute categories.

just because a player has never played in the EPL is no reason to not bring him hear, nothing would evolve or move on if that was the case and we would still have the boring, no flair league we had back in the 60s if we never took in imports of players !

Tevez.

Probably more suited to the prem. I just get the feeling the likes of Tevez and Barry are going to really valuable to us away from home because they are used to the league and the toughness of some away games.

more suited to them prem ? id say they are very similer players tbh, aguero works proper hard and as we know so does tevez but aguero has thatextra talent, i would 100% take either but aguero for me :)

both great players ...... but in my mind, Tevez is NOWHERE near the player that Sergio Aguero is ...... and El Kun is only 20 !

El Kun is faster, more skillful, better shooting, passing, scores a lot more goals AND CAN HEAD ! for a small guy he has an unbelievable leap ! ..... so my question is, why are we going for Tevez, when everybody in Argentina, and most people across the world, rate Kun much higher than Tevez already?? .... yes there is the, he is already playing the the EPL, so wont need to learn ..... but for the sake of a 1 or 2 month time period, we should settle for the second best striker? makes no sense to me, Kun is strong fast, skillful and great at shooting, he would make it better in the EPL than Tevez anyway ! i think we arfe all giving a bit to much credit to Tevez on this board as if he is the savior to all our striking needs, but the truth is, Kun is the MUCH better player and has a much brighter future ! ........ also, Tevez wants to go back to Argentina when he is 28. he categorically states that every time he is asked ! .... so we pay £32mil for him, for 3 years or so, 4 if we're lucky and get the second best striker in his position, whereas we pay, £40million for El Kun and we get the far more supior striker and for a MUCH longer time frame !

El Kun really does seem like he would join as well, esp. after he has stated in the past he would like to play in England !
we've basically got tevez but we could get them both they'd make a grate partnership.

get tevez he will hit the ground running aguero has obvious talent but we need proven prem class to get anywhere near the top 6

At the moment I would rather take Tevez.

Aguero may be shit in the Premiership and I would rather see someone thats already familar with the Premiership.

Can see us signing Tevez, can't see us signing Kun unfortunately.
He seems to really love Atleti, and they've just got champions league again. Only way I could see him joining us is if his father in law told him to.
