bobby saying that if knobhead apologies he can come back into the team has almost certainly come from city's legal dept. i went through an employment tribunal a few years ago (although, has to be said, my wages were slightly less than what knobhead is rumoured to be on) and its v simple, you have to show in a court of law that you have done everything possible to resolve the situation amicably with the other party. if i'm right, then its a brilliant move. city can say that they have tried to resolve it, knowing damn well that there is no way knobhead will apologise. this is all moving forwards in the right direction

Well done mate, sums up the whole thing perfectly

Also, what isn't being made apparent. If Tevez does apologise it is effectively an admission of guilt unless worded VERY carefully. Bit of a rock and a hard place on this for Tevez.

If he's not going to an English club (and we'd be extremely stupid to do that) then ayone have a clue on wtf is happening?

Hahahahahaha he could play for another Premier League club, SURPRISE SURPRISE

Magically it's all settled now and he's living like a happy family, useless cnut took him how many years to figure out all he had to do was bring his family across the pond.

Also he had to learn that he cant sleep with anyone who takes his fancy and keep his family too, to be fair that is one lesson some people never learn, I have a feeling he will say sorry and get on with it, question is what kind of response will he get from the other players and from the fans ?

But it is not a case of what Tevez has or has not done in my opinion. It comes down to the fact that the team is no longer set up in such a way to accommodate him. Let us not forget that the vast improvement in David Silva's game has coincided with the absence of the aforementioned Argentinian. In fact the spirit amongst the players appears to have improved considerably.
During the 2010/2011 season the City team was "built" around Tevez, certainly the midfield/attack and as such the football played can never be compared to the excellent passing style and movement served up this season.
Football wise, a team with Tevez in it, regardless of his attitude, would be a large step backwards. Aguero, whilst not yet reaching the scoring levels of his fellow countryman, is most definately a team player and as such is bringing out the best in the players around him.

It appears from evidence in the Berezovsky - Abramovich trial that the latter wanted to buy out Tevez's economic rights in 2007...........interesting.

Sturridge isn't anything special. Adam Johnson playing solely as a winger has more career goals than him.

Sturridge would have been a perfect fourth striker for us.

If he wasn't a cnut. Which unfortunately he is.

Very true. Don't need him anymore. Too much trouble, Kia is an absolute liar all he wants is a good sale. He will never play for us again.(Hopefully)

Don't be so certain that Tevez is now playing happy families.

A little birdy from down the San Carlos triangle assures me that Tevez is still a leopard... he hasn't changed his spots!

Maybe his latest pastime is one of the reasons why he now wants to stay in England?

You never know...
