thats worrying everybody entitled to compassionate leave but we paid a huge amount of money for this fella

this is a crucial part of the season for us and Mancini seems in the dark over what the timescale is. Today we`ve

had Robi more or less saying he aint comin back and now Tevez doesn`t seem in too much of a rush.

throw the bellamy situation in to the mix and well!!!!

time to come down hard i think otherwise we`re gonna have the piss taken out of us

Well excuse him for not knowing when his newborn daughter is going to stabilise and be able to leave intensive care!!! What would happen if he jumped on a plane back and his daughter took a turn for the worst?, how dya think he'd feel being thousands of miles away and helpless?. ffs some people on here are a bloody joke!

ok i know it's frustrating not having out best player available for selection but the bloke is probably going thru all sorts at the moment with his baby. some things are more important than football i'm afraid. i wonder if any rags questioned van der sar when he was on compassionate leave when his wife was ill...

Should have the baby here, baby would have been dual national so no argument regarding wanting to be Argentinian.

Given that the baby was born six weeks early it seems more likely that Mrs Tevez was visiting family and wasn't planning to give birth over there, and Carlos had to get over there pretty sharpish.

All the best to the family.
