On sky sports now great news he is staying, how old is tevez? 2 years left on his deal? He should sign for 1 more year and then move on in 3years with many more cups and titles :-)

Its clear mancini wants him to stay and most fans do because the guy is a winner. Just a bad knob sometimes. Is this a good deal

I reckon he'll see out next season and then buy himself out of his contract.

One more big pay day and then off to the land of Corned Beef and Military Juntas...

There aren't many better players around than him on his day. I hope he stays.

Can see him staying and running his contract down and then moving back to Boca, okay Tevez has acted like a proper knob after the munich game but I wonder how much of that was also down to his agent Kia Jorabchian who was also probably after another pay day.

Instead of UEFA concentrating of FFP maybe they should actually look at regulating the agent process and shaking it up instead of letting these cunts whisper stupid ideas into players heads.

Great news if he stays. He is an absolute twat but let's face it, most modern day footballers at top clubs are, and the real down to earth good ones like Milner and Dzeko are a dime a dozen. Tevez will be 100% next season, the last of his rust will be gone and presumably he'll drop a few pounds, and he'll be even better than he was when he came back this season.

My only concern like others is his contract, we may end up losing him for nothing when we could get £20million or more for him right now but if he can help us towards more success before then maybe that's a price we are willing to pay.

I personally don't think we'll have any more homesickness problems with him, his family are happy now and he seems to have found some sort of inner peace here. Maybe Munichgate taught him something.

He has what? 2 years left on his current deal?

Wouldn't surprise me if he claims he'll see it out then sign on for Boca, only to rock up at one of the Milan clubs.

He is genuinely bonkers. Love watching him play though.

These stories don't square with the reports we are buying RVP. Someone has to leave but everyone has said they're staying.
